This information is used only for the purposes of statistical evaluation. It will not be passed on to third parties or used for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

Use of personal details

Personal details will only be collected or processed if you agree to us doing so, e.g. in response to a query. Subscribing to our newsletter

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will use your details to send you, at regular intervals, information on new products, current offers and our customer services.

We need a valid email address for an effective registration. In order to confirm that a registration really has come from the owner of an email address, we use the "Double opt-in" method. For this, we log the subscription to the newsletter, the sending of a confirmation email and the receipt of the required reply.

These details are used exclusively for sending the newsletter, and will not be passed on to third parties.

Withdrawal and cancellation:

You can withdraw your agreement to receiving the newsletter at any time and cancel your subscription.

On receipt of your cancellation, your personal details will be deleted. Your agreement to receiving the newsletter will be cancelled at the same time. You will find the cancellation link at the end of every newsletter.

If appropriate, you may also assert your right to data portability. If you believe that your details are being processed unlawfully, you may make a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.

Deletion of your details

You have the right under Section 17 of the GDPR to the deletion of your stored personal details unless they are necessary for exercising the right to free expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for the sake of public interest or for the assertion, exercising or defence of legal claims.

Right of appeal

If your personal details are processed on the basis of legitimate interests as per Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right under Article 21 of the GDPR to appeal against the processing of your personal details for reasons arising from your particular situation or if the appeal is against direct advertising.
